Who you are buying from
Events and programmes under the name The Creator Technologist are organised by Kostas Kollias, based in Athens, Greece. Questions about these terms go to kostaskollias@gmail.com.
What a ticket includes
A ticket to The Rise of the Creator Technologist covers one seat for one person at the live day in Athens on 19 September 2026 at T16, including the working sessions, the materials used on the day, and the follow-up access described on the event page. Travel, accommodation, and any third-party software subscriptions are not included.
A ticket is personal. You can transfer it to someone else by writing to us before the event with the new attendee's name and email.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices shown include any applicable Greek VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Your Stripe receipt is your proof of purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
Refunds are covered in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
If we change or cancel the event
If the date or venue changes, you can move to the new date or ask for a full refund. If we cancel the event, you get a full refund. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket.
What you make on the day is yours
The brand, product ideas, and prototypes you build during the day belong to you. The teaching materials, frameworks, and the written method itself remain ours, and are licensed to you for your own use. Please do not resell, republish, or teach them as your own.
Recording and photography
We may photograph or film parts of the day for documentation and promotion. Tell us on arrival if you prefer not to appear, and we will keep you out of frame.
Conduct
The room works because people are candid about their own work. Harassment, recording other attendees without their consent, or disruptive behaviour ends participation with no refund.
No guarantee of results
We teach a method and you do the work. We do not promise revenue, audience growth, or any specific commercial outcome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not affect the rights your local law gives you.
