Refund policy

Ask for a refund up to 14 days before the event and you get all your money back. After that the seat is held for you and we cannot resell it, so the ticket is non-refundable, but it is transferable.

More than 14 days before the event date: full refund, no questions asked. Write to kostaskollias@gmail.com from the email you used at checkout.

Within 14 days of the event: no refund, but you can pass your seat to someone else at no cost. Send us their name and email before the day.

If you do not show up and did not tell us, the ticket is used and no refund applies.

EU consumer law gives you 14 days to withdraw from most distance purchases. For live events tied to a specific date, that right does not apply under the exemption for leisure and event services with a set date. We give you the 14-day window above voluntarily instead, measured against the event date rather than the purchase date, so you are not worse off.

For digital programmes and recordings, the 14-day withdrawal right applies until you start accessing the material. Once you begin, you have consented to immediate delivery and the right ends.

You choose: move to the new date, or take a full refund. Either way, tell us and it is done.

Refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
